Busy day yesterday but still home by 4ish so no real knock on effect when I got up this morning thankfully. Gym was nice and quiet when I was there (soon got busy when I finished) so sailed thru the session bar a bit of nattering.
A: Smith Inc Press (25 bar): x25, 45, 65, 85, 95x6, 5, 5
B: Lat Pull Down - normal: 10, 12, 15+3 x6, 5
C: Trap Row: 40, 80, 110x7, 5
D: Incline Bar Push Down: 13, #16x7, 6
E: Belt Machine Curls: x15, 20x8, 6
Off to a flyer, Inc work comfortably up a rep on each set. I say 'comfortably' it's not like I had loads left in me but nothing was a grinder. Big take home here is again not a notable issue on the shoulder. LPD saw +1 on the 2nd set which took a bit of effort but stayed clean. Trap rows up 1 on each set. I think these held together well enough. Inc PD work just up the 1 rep, I may have had another on the first set but I thought 7 reps was already up, and it wasn't. Wasn't making the same mistake on biceps, +1 on each set here.
