I need a sandbag in my life, where did you get yours?

I'm thinking when I do some actual proper planning on a routine, it'll be twice a week. One heavy, one speed.
Did the push-press help your strict?
I need to up my tri's but not sure the best exercise with only a squat rack (no bench)

I'm ok if I don't have alcohol. If I do all bets are off, then I usually drink enough to be hungover and the next day is a massive intake of systematic junk food ****

Ha the no chocolate is the easiest one for me.

3 strict pull ups
1x50 28kg kettle bell swings. Crazy forearm pump would like to get up to a 100.

Note to self do all pull ups before high rep swings.

Back from a heavy boozy weekend weighing in @ 98.5kg

Today is the start of a 6 week pre-christmas weight cut.

Going to cut back on carbs, no beer, no crisps, no chocolate.

My best strict OHP 77.5kg @ 100kg BW beginning of this year

My aim is 80kg @95kg and 60kg 5x5 currently sitting at 97kg BW.

Just read through your journal, hell of a journey!

Have you tried zercher squats? They can hurt your elbows but I use a jumper wrapped up for support (or you could use sleeves if you're not a tight C!"T like me). I do them off a rack

Hi Brett,

Completely agree with you on Squatting (or any other big movement) being done first. The zerchers at this weight for me aren't heavy.

At the moment (basically I think until January) all my training is geared towards conditioning. I'd like to condition my body to complete 4-5 session a week.

Last week was my 1st consistent week of getting in multiple sessions. I'll come up with a more structured routine but at the moment if I'm breathing heavily while moving some weights I'm happy.
