Hi Gents,

I've posted on here a couple of times and also back on the MT forum.

I'm after some background info on Superdrol.
I've read loads of different things about it.
Some conflicting.
Has anyone got any experiences with it. I'm pretty sure @Brett ran it on a log on the old forum.

Some say it is super toxic, some say not.
Some say it's bad, equivalent of tablet tren?

I know it was a designer steroid.

Can it be run alone?

What can it be compared to AAS wise?

With this mad world at the moment, I've been thinking about longevity in myself.

I've never taken multivitamins, etc but now I'm thinking that maybe I should with a few more aches and pains. Occasional feeling run down.

So what are you guys taking daily and swear by?

Starter would have to be a Scotch egg, yoke still a bit runny.

Tapas for main, lots of small different dishes. Win win.

Dessert. Apple crumble with custard.

Finished with cheese and biscuits. Loads of stilton and brie.

Washed down with Hogstar lager.

My shoulder issues always start from getting heavy dumbells up for a chest press.
I've seen dumbbell rests similar to a bench. Yet to see one at a gym I've train at.

To be fair I had not thought about the space to load the bar.

Great idea also. Didn't think about using the plates themselves as dumbbells.

Been looking for the last hour at stuff on Ebay and facebook marketplace. Loads of stuff around, just everything seems a long way away.
But you are right been looking at the brand new stuff £480 for a rack, adjustable bench, bb, db's and 145kg of weights.

Like you say the money you would save you would lose in time you save shopping around and driving to collect stuff.

Something quite nice about brand new gear.

So the shed has a concrete base. I built the shed a couple of years a go. It's big but it's also full of garden stuff so space is a premium.

Dead 135kg
Squat 100kg
Bench 80kg

I could probably go to about £400-500. But I'd like to limit what I buy at the start, simply because of space.

This is going to be my sole training place.

Hope this helps!

Hi Guys. I'm looking to start my home gym, it's probably going to start in my shed then I will most likely build a home for it.

I'm pretty sure some of you have home/shed gyms.

What would you say the minimum you need is?

I'm thinking:
Barbell
Dumbbells
Adjustable bench

I also think a power rack is needed to safely do everything.

Which brings me on nicely to homemade racks. Pretty sure Nails has a home made one. What's the set up like? Have you got any detailed pictures?

Hi all, sorry to crash a thread. Just want to say that I've found the new forum from Facebook. So hopefully many others will as well.

I "use" to log in the MT forum quite regularly.
I was a serial lerker, which I've done on here for the last couple of days.

Feel gutted for some of you guys who have lost their journals. Massive amount of knowledge lost there.

Anyway I really hope this kicks off. MT was head and shoulder above the rest of the other forums.

As for names and logo I dont think it much matters. You just need the wealth of information on here. Fingers crossed some people have it saved or rattling around in their heads. People will hopefully search on google and find it!
