How long have you been running it for?

(TBH either way, I wouldn't lose any sleep about waiting until the 28th)
Thanks mate.  Only 4 weeks now!!  seems longer.  I've decided to jump start the test for another 8 weeks when back and tun adex at the same time.  Cheers
Andy

Just test e? Anywhere around that window would be fine, you won't suffer any ill effect over a day or 2
Sorry to draw this out but, my last jab was Tuesday, I have two weeks until holiday.  Am I risking anything if I start PCT from the 28th July?
I don't want to risk going away and not having any anti-e's, so want to stop cycle now so that my oestrogen levels are down.

My future plan is to run a cycle with ADEX rather than respond to possible effects like I have done now.

On a 600mg per week of Test E, would you leave it for 2 or 3 weeks before starting?  Or somewhere in the middle?

Family and friends rave about Kodi, but whenever I'm there the picture isn't great and you can always be sure that they will be searching another channel as the one we were watching has crashed.  I know it's cheap, but if you're paying for something you want it to work.  We're happy with Sky, plus the only sport I really watch is motor sport, and what ever else is on EuroSport.

I had to buy bitcoin so place an order for some supplements, as it was the only payment method they offered.

Did plenty of research obviously. I was surprised that I had to upload a photo of myself with my ID, but google suggested this is all pretty standard now.

The anonymity comes from they have to idea what you are buying. They know exactly who is buying bitcoins though.

Process wasn’t too hard just have to avoid anything dodgy and do your research.
It was a move to stop the biggest users of Bitcoin, drug and people traffickers.

Companies have to be more and more careful these days.  There is a difference between longer hours at work and being expected to get the job done and calling you while you are away from work.  You need a compromise.  Speak to your manager, make a note of what was said, get as much in writing and possible, and if you have to to liaise with HR.

I know some have said that as a manager you will be expected, but if that was the case they could get you in 24/7, but that doesn't work.  They wouldn't like it if you went of work with stress and depression for 3-6 months.  I work for a large outsourcing company, and a couple of people went off for 3 months.

we have a tea of 6 engineers, they have made us all manager grade (no pay rise) but we get the managers bonus ( which we never actually get for) and now they have the right to ring us whenever , i get phonecalls all day in bed after a 25 hour shift . ive just accepted it now, moan and my job willbe outsourced to India whether they can do it or not.
If they can easily outsource your job to India then they will, even if you're not moaning!!!

I also noticed I was feeling quite low about 3-4 weeks in, almost like a depressed state. I’m taking a mild anti e now and feeling much better, stronger sex drive, happier, more energy.

Does sound like you may have had high estrogen mate.
Yea, I've got some water retention again, this always increases my BP a little, makes me feel heavy.  I'm going to cut this cycle earlier, so one more week, and then I will give it 2-3 weeks and then start PCT.  I've got an unexpected weeks holiday to the med and hopefully I will fee more up for it by then.  I will kick another cycle off in August/sep with Anti-e as well.

0.5mg adex initially & assess. Look to reduce to 0.5mg eod

Ensure plenty fluids, reduce sodium if not already under control
Feeling back to normal now, must have been the sodium and lack of fluids, I had been rushing around for a few days which didn't help.  plus the jab points are feeling so much better now, just a bit sore during the first day of pinning.

I knew it was heavy , but it's incredibly dense isn't it. 1kg the size of a of credit card and thickness of a match box. I wonder much those bars in fort Knox weigh and value of each bar.
It would be quite funky to have a gold bar on display at home  ;D

How much money should one have in saving before it would be wise to buy gold?
Depends on what type of savings you want, and if you are looking for long term.  What surprises me is that there are a lot of people looking at savings, inlcuding ISA's and not thinking about investing in a pension plan.

Anyone had it? They say that a 5 min session burns 400 to 800 calories... That's gotta be bro science/ hype surely? Anyone felt any benefit from it in general?
Never tried it but, for weight loss you would spend a small fortune!

The aim is untimate control of subjects (Joe Public).

Achieved over many years from privacy erosion 'creep'. The creep effect is so gradual that there is relatively little resistance from the almost invisible creep. Almost always the creep of erosions is fed through mainstream media as 'good for security and safety', and onthe face of it usually is, but quite often just a smokescreen for the ultimate aim.

Digital currency is the next thing that will be forced upon us - it will be gradual as always, but the ultimate aim is to have complete financial information & total ultimate control eg wealth confiscations
Cryptocurrency first needs to be regulated and recognised as a currency first, without the backing of the financial industry it has little future in the big wide world.  I would be nervous if investing within it, especially with the number of hacks going on.

This is exactly the reason it will never work , for a Cryto to actually work it needs to be free from any regulation , otherwise we are back to the same banking /fractional reserve/usury scam ( which is legalised through regulation)

a crypto backed by gold work work .

I would be less nervous putting money into cryptos than the pound , the later has lost 99% of its value.  my savings are in gold.
Crypto is free from regulation, bitcoin could dissapear tomorrow, there is no stock value.  The dollar itself has not been supported by Gold for a long time, but rather it is backed by the credit the USA.  If Crypto was controlled by a state or institution then we wouldn't be wasting all these megawatts in mining the stupid things.

I'm not a fan of that approach tbh.  Nolva doesn't really affect the level of circulatory (aromatised) estrogen, rather competes at the ER - it does this quite successfully in high ER sites ie breast tissue. It is far better to halt the cause, rather than allow the cause to continue and attempt to limit the 'damage' further down the line.

A real world analogy might be this...

Your neighbour has been operating a commercial concrete hammer drill all day long, 10 ft away from your front door. Which will be more effective at treating your splitting headache?

a) Taking him out sniper style from your upstairs window or from behind a grassy knoll to treat the cause or;
b) Taking paracetamol to treat the symptom.

Extreme, but you see my point
Great analogy thanks.  I've just found out that we're going abroad as well in 4 weeks time for 9 days.  So, I'm going to stop the test and then start PCT in 1 weeks time, I can use both the nolva and Clomid for this.  Can I start the Nolva sooner.  When back I will have a look and maybe change the cycle but with some Adex as well.
