Jesus dude that's not sounding to good at all even though there's no obvious signs it certainly sounds like something has torn.

Yeah definitely keep any weight off it......might have to get your Mrs a taxi to the hospital.

3pm on Friday they'll be all tidied up and gone I reckon.

LOL Sounds like they've swapped one out for another he'll be wiping the bar down whilst your pressing.

Zach's back for Christmas is he spending it with you or going up to his gfs?

It's a shame your gym doesn't have a Swiss bar you'd find a hell of a difference when pressing.

I have only just started using the v bar for pushdowns feels really good tbh.Keep a eye on the back dude

Yeah I can see how taking on the dog is bittersweet.

They should be all sorted on your house by Friday just in time to knock off for Christmas talk about nice timing.

I am doing a few bits on the stables and should be sorted this weekend also.

And you might have finally sorted things in the gym ......he was rapidly becoming your arch enemy lol.

Can't grumble with a 1.75 fix .... shame everything can't be sorted so easily.

Sounds like a awesome night with the family and no alcohol needed that's always a plus.

And killing it in the gym...........dare I say you've had a good weekend lol.

Yeah the raving psycho makes people think twice about getting out LOL.

That's the thing once you sort one thing the next one decides to rear it's head, bloody transit got the front bearings done plus new brake pads and two bushes only cost 257 euros all in but it needs to go back in January as it developed a water and oil leak in the garage.

Dude I have become a bloody expert at anticipating what d1ckheads on the road will do next, driving over here has opened my eyes they are lethal.......when you actually get home in on piece your drained to hell.

I wrapped all the presents up today so now all sorted for Christmas even got all the food sorted just need a couple of odds and sods which we will get next week in Spain...........never been this on the ball before lol.

He's certainly made himself right at home now..,.. it's a good job he's little when I had my mastiff she would get on the bed pin me down so I couldn't move and then go to sleep LOL.

Yeah I can imagine the job your Mrs would do on you.......it would be easier to put someone who fell in a wood chipper back together!!

LOL my car would fit right in over there, the Portuguese testers aren't what you would call picky basically if it can drive in a sort of stop they pass it!!

Yeah if you avoid the beer 8 will be on the cards

So just waiting for it to be rendered they've certainly turned that job out quickly.

See leg and foot behaved themselves, they've probably decided it's pointless giving him pain as he just trains anyway.............your re educating your body dude.

Have a break it's Christmas dude I was looking at running a cut but it's on hold till after the holiday that way I can pile the junk in without feeling guilty.

I would try a hammer grip wherever possible it certainly helped my shoulder calm itself right down.

You'll hit 8 no problem.......I have faith!! You seem to be like me and finding better strength on trt than the blasts especially this time round.

They are certainly cracking on now,I am boarding out the stables tomorrow so should be on course to get them finished well before my Christmas holidays.

8.30 I would have to drop the car off the night before lol, took the transit into the garage today that was a well scary drive the front end was knocking like hell I was relieved to get to the garage in one piece!!
