Lost count of how many times I've felt like that,I remember roughly the first time it happened i was in Tesco scanning a shelf felt like I'd done a somersault but i hadn't moved.
Come over all panicky and started sweating,felt like I just wanted to run.
Dropped the basket and walked home felt ok when I got in.
Still learning how to deal with it now I've had it for that long,I just try and laugh it off in my head when I feel like that because I now know what it is.
My mother sufferers with it as well so try and talk to her as much as I can about it,she wears a thin rubber band on her wrist and when she feels panicked says she just snaps the band back and forth gently to give her something else to focus on.
