Once again back at it after another round of trauma. This is like the 3rd time to rebuild this mess. LOL!

The statins will not have an adverse reaction with the AAS. The statins can cause loose stools. I don’t like them but I don’t like the idea of a heart attack either.

I also am with Bookerman on this one. I took it when I deployed so I wouldn’t have to bring a bunch of juice with me. I like good old Test C or E.

Recovery was brutal. Took me almost a year to walk normal without a limp. I am now where I can run for exercise but prefer to swim for cardio. The biggest thing you can do is rebuild your core which is bringing it all together for me. Had to start with old school planks. Overall a very humbling experience.

I had to take some time off but I am back. A bit shocked by the changes. Looking forward to growing together. 😉

Hello Gentlemen! As many of you know I had my spine fused in 2019. I am finally to a place that I can train. I have been on TRT for over a decade. So I am bumping it up to a cycle dose and throwing in a touch of Tren E. Will bang this out for 14wks and then take a break and work on more stretching yoga and stuff while cruising. The glory days of the DLs and Squats are a thing of the past. I still refuse to go quietly to the grave. 🤣🤣🤣
