I had my bloods back, whilst on trt and the testosterone levels are higher than when on cycle!!

So I used Med-tech test 500 on cycle 1ml per week pinned once IM this was summer 2019. I took bloods after 8 weeks through cycle 45 nmo/l (cycle 12 weeks in total)
Thought it seemed low result

& now I've been self administration trt
Med-tech test 300 1/2ml per week pinned once a week IM got bloods done (ideally I wanted test 250 1/2ml but couldn't get any)
Been doing that for 4 weeks so got bloods as wanted it in high level in normal range and to my surprise bloods came back 84 nmo/l almost twice as high as when was on 500ml test per week, now on 150ml per week. unless 1st cycle was bunk or under dosed? Guess I need to reduce to 1/3ml of test 300
