It’s been so long I didn’t even realise MT forum had closed down!
So I’m fat, not lifted weights in like forever and want to lift again. I don’t want to be a bodybuilder, I don’t want to compete as a power lifter, I just want to be strong and train specifically for strength.
Any suggestions for a beginner strength workout please?
