Hi mate, good to hear from you bud, be great for you to have gyms open again!
Hope you are keeping well bud.
Business is booming despite this current situation, my one to one's gone(though coming back outside hopefully next few weeks), but majority of my clients are online and I'm gaining more weekly currently... Very pleased with the results they are getting right from beginners to current best in the country lifters... Could not be happier with how its going 😁

Cheers buddy, take care of yourself and family over there 👍🏻

You are planning to add 1lb of lean muscle tissue a week?? I take it you don't actually mean muscle, you just mean 'not fat' (or very little) and are looking at glycogen, water etc

Coach reckons lean tissue mate.

Cheers boys... Really sorry I just can't get pics on here 😢 I miss old Mt, never mind they are on Fb and Ig.

I was astounded by the comments from many but it does appear I have a shot at a pro card so that's my total focus... An entire year long off-season before entering prep for PCA and NABBA qualifying shows.

This first proper week of off season has been awesome, kept diet tight, jumped up 1000 cals on training days compared to prep and sitting at 197. 8lbs... 3lbs over stage weight. Coach has said calories will again be going up next week, also of course I'm now cruising.

Current training routine is..

Session 1 - upper
Session 2 - lower
Session 3 - push
Session 4 - pull
Session 5 - legs

40 minutes of cardio a day still too, possibly dropping a little next week but cardio remains throughout off season.

Training Day Diet

Meal 1 6 egg whites, 150g 5% lean steak mince veg, supps
Meal 2 preworkout - 40g Ground Rice, 50g protein from whey, 100 g banana, 2/2g pink salt
Intra - scoop peptopto, 5g creatine, 1/2g pink salt, 10g cyclic dextrin
Post - 75g coco pops, 200 ml almond milk, 250g chicken, 100g rice veg
Meal 5- 250g chicken, 150 g rice, veg
Meal 6 - 250g 5% lean mince steak, 20 g cheese, veg
Meal 7 - 300g 0%fage, 20g protein from whey, 20g 85% dark chocolate

6ltrs plus water a day.

Off day diet...

Meal 1 - 3 whole eggs 100g 5% lean mince steak, veg, supps
Meal 2 - 200g Turkey Breast, 50g Rice, 20 g cheese, veg
Meal 3 - 200g white fish, 50g rice, 29g cheese, veg,
Meal 4 - 200g 5% lean mince steak, veg
Meal 5 - same as meal 3
Meal 6 - 50g protein from whey, 50g oats, 100g berries

6ltrs plus water a day.

Think that covers current set up, as said reverse diet in process so calories likely up again next week and cardio reduced a little.

Plan is to add 8-10 lean muscle in first 8-10 weeks before we change things up once again.

Will update again when I get a chance happy weekend all😁😁

Sorry boys I have no idea how to get pics up on here, all on Fb and Ig.... Professional pictures should be back this week 😁

Took yesterday, today and taking tomorrow off training and on rest day calories... Off season training starts Monday and I'm chomping at the bit!

Feedback from judges is I have bags of potential 🙈 great stage presence, awesome conditioning and width but need more density so this off season will see a return to brutal compound free weight training... Coach sent all plans through. Aim is to compete next in April 2021 and the goal is a Pro Card and /or step on the universe stage, incredibly the feedback I've had say its possible so I'm hunting that pro card.

More motivated than ever and every single day will be aimed at the end goal.

Today I'm sat 1.8lb under stage weight and could step on stage now, shreds still there and conditioning is crazy, calorie increase has caused metabolism to kick right in and also now gone into a cruise.

I will try and document everything here as I move into my long off season, motivated and massively excited for what lies ahead!

If anyone can guide me how to get pics up I'd appreciate it😊😊👊👊👍

Cheers buddy... Was an epic day... In my masters class there were 7 of us... 2 Mr Universe's and the bloke I beat to 4th place is off to world's next few weeks! Given me confidence I can push this a lot further.

Been told I could become top 3 in Britain in masters classic class which blew me away tbh... So that's my goal for 2021... Taking a year off competition in bodybuilding to grow weaknesses and refine things more.

The external pressures outside of prep this time have been horrendous, any future prep will be a breeze in comparison lol.

Afternoon all... Long time no see 🙈
I am going to be trying to get this journal going again... My move is nearly complete, business is now full time and life settling down 😁

Oh and I have my bodybuilding show this Sunday 🙈😁💪 competing in Masters and first timers.. If I can figure out how to post pictures on this site I'll get some put up.

Prep gone very well, I am in the shape of my life, ripped to shreds and nearly ready to go.. Currently water loading then carb loading from Friday... Very needed, I am massively depleted and on the bones of my arse 😁

Anyway, just a quick check in, will try and get back on here now... Last training session tomorrow... Pull session to further deplete, we then load up, head to Plymouth, tan up and see what I can bring 💪

Hopefully you're all well, be back with you all soon, missed me lol?! 🙈😁💪

Ok quick check in...as usual crazy busy, work is manic and my online stuff has gone through the roof, this is of course awesome but throw in still moving things down from the midlands, moving again down here as our mortgage is going through (just waiting for the exchange day(, my divorce nearing completion and of course the prep for my comp and its pretty full on!

10 weeks out yesterday and coach thinks I am slightly ahead of time so is happy with where I am, a few diet tweaks here and there, cardio still pretty minimal and slight changes to the gear cycle. Posing is coming along, think I have sorted my music and now in the process of refining my routine to put to it and just nailing the mandatories and side turn poses...game time approaches :)

The Oxterminator! 13 weeks out. Christ. Serious stuff coming mate. Have you put together posing routine to music yet? Refine, refine, refine. Finding time is tough but you have to find it. Ahead of my first comp, I was getting in from work at about midnight, doing my cardio, then posing. I did so much practice, I really don't think I could do any more. Then on stage, they swapped the places round and I was hitting my poses first and early and had to hold them while the others got into theirs. I was knackered. Backstage I was breathing heavily. If I hadn't practised, all that would have shown on stage. You sound in a good place though my friend. Remember, anything you need etc, I'm on Whatsapp. I'm 15 weeks out myself!

Hey mate, still to finalise my music and routine but getting a ton of posing practice in so I am conditioned to it, I am entering first timers and masters in first comp so need to be ready for it!

Cheers buddy, looking forward to seeing what you bring, your progress this year has been astounding!
