I only check in here occasionally because its so bloody quiet, but hello 1MR and Kitty - good to see you both! DV too but you're one of the constant presences on here already. I do miss the old MT days.
Sorry to hear of your injury travails. I'm older than any of you - 58 soon - but still training despite the restrictions that age brings, because what's the alternative? I just have to accept that I'll never be able to do what I did ten, twenty, thirty years ago but am in decent enough shape compared to my old fart peers.
